Chancery Lane Hospital Complex - Phase 1

UDeCOTT was mandated by GORTT to construct the Chancery Lane Complex (CLC), located in the heart of San Fernando, to proide retail and office accommodation.  However, before the completion of the project, UDeCOTT's mandate was revised to provide for the adaptive re-use of the Chancery Lane Complex (CLC) as an extension of the San Fernando General Hospital.

UDeCOTT is developing the structures that form part of the innovation for lasting
prosperity; the development plan of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.
