Siparia Administrative Complex
An hour south of San Fernando, the southern town of Siparia is home to the famous La Divina La Pastora Catholic Church and was one of the first areas of Trinidad settled by the Spanish upon re-discovery. A growing town, Siparia is not far from the industrial centres of Southern Trinidad.
As part of the Government's vision of development, the town of Siparia will now benefit from the Siparia Administrative Complex wherein residents of this area can access government services at a single, convenient location. The three storey, 54,000 sq. ft Administrative Complex is home to community offices of the Ministry of Social Development, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Works and transport. A new beacon in the landscape of this southern town, the Siparia Administrative Complex is a modern, three storey structure, which includes basement parking, accommodations for the differently-abled, meeting and conference room facilities.
UDeCOTT is developing the structures that form part of Vision 2020,
the development plan of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.
